About Woodhart Carpentry

Woodhart specialises in new build carpentry for large-scale projects. We have developed an excellent reputation in the industry for providing a comprehensive service from pre-tender stage with well presented, accurate valuations through to first and second fix, roofing and timber frames as well as professional contract management.

Reputation & growth in contract carpentry

Woodhart Carpentry has become known for attention to detail and the skilled output of our team.

We respond promptly to requests for pricing Bills of Quantity and drawings for tendering purposes and are happy to provide full take-offs to the client upon request. We operate either as labour-only or with the full supply of all required materials.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work no matter what the scale of the job. We give equal attention to modest contracts as we do to large commercial carpentry contracts, offering the same level of commitment to all of our clients.

We have steadily grown as a company over the last 10 years and now have a sub-contractor base of over 100 people. We operate within a 60-mile radius of our base in Brighton.

Quality & talent

We are committed to training new and existing carpenters through various CITB schemes. We recruit new carpenters through a careful interview procedure and make sure they are all NVQ 2 qualified or above. We also train our own apprentices to ensure the provision of competent and reliable personnel.

We believe that investing in people and nurturing talent makes our business stronger. We aim to provide long-term employment and career development for our apprentices. This investment provides us with the benefits of a highly skilled and loyal workforce who understand our values and the needs of our customers.

We are committed to the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) to encourage safer working practices.
